Hi, I'm Anny,

I’ve worked in the dance and fitness world for over 30 years and I’m still a professional performer today. Alongside that, I’ve spent decades helping people become stronger, more flexible and more confident in their bodies through personal training, Pilates and mobility-based training.

At 57, I understand first-hand how our bodies change as we move through midlife, and how important it is to train in a way that supports strength, mobility and confidence rather than punishment or extremes.

My aim is simple: to help you become strong, flexible and confident - and to leave every session feeling better about yourself.
